Blaby District Council Core Strategy

Blaby District Council is consulting on the Local Development Framework (LDF) Core Strategy for a 6 week period starting on 19 January 2012.

The Core Strategy sets out the strategic approach  which will guide future development of Blaby District. This document includes "a set of clear and concise policies to ensure that development is in accordance with the vision, objectives and strategy."

The document focuses heavily on Lubbesthorpe and if passed will benefit the consortium of developers.

There are a number of flaws in the document and the RAG will be submitting a response. It is paramount that everyone, where possible, should submit a response to this document.
